About us
The People Empowerment Team (PET) is committed to improving the livelihoods of the urban poor through self-help programmes, entrepreneurial development and partnerships, while providing opportumitues for participants to create their own jobs and generate income for their families.
What We Do
The mission of the PET is to designand implement training and mentoring programmes aimed at equipping the urban poor to improve their livelihoods and become sustainable in every aspect of their lives. These selh-help programmes entrepreneurial development and growing their own foodthereby providing opportunities for participants to be self-employed, and to even employ others, while generating income for their families, as well as encouraging others to do the same, with the Gospel of Jesus Christ as the foundation.
